45 BRAKE LINING WEAR SWITCH
If one of the brake linings is too thin,
connection point B17 of the VIC will be
interrupted by the corresponding brake pad
wear switch (F107 or F108 or F109 or F110 or
F111 or F112 or F113 or F114) through wire
3406. The VIC will send a message to the
instrument panel, which will then activate the
“brake lining wear” indicator.
